In March, 1999, Mr. Zou Lisheng went to Guangzhou, obtained the monopolistic trading right of American "PLAYBOY" branded leather shoes in China and invested in Guangzhou to establish "Guangzhou POETOP Shoes Development Co., Ltd., serving as the chairman. At the beginning of the establishment of the Company, he immediately put forward the business philosophy "integrity first and common development" and advanced "dumbbell-type" management mode, which laid a solid foundation for the development of the Company. At the second year after the establishment of the Company, "PLAYBOY" leather shoes covered the market all over China and good business performance was made. In October, 1999, Mr. Fei Xiaotong, Vice Chairman of National People's Congress cordially met with Mr. Zou Lisheng and joyfully wrote an inscription for POETOP Company: "Having won fame both at home and abroad and enjoying a good reputation in China".

　　Between 2000 and 2003, Mr. Zou Lisheng successively invested more than RMB 50 million to establish 8 companies including "Guangzhou Jiahao Leather Product Co. Ltd.", "Guangzhou FORTEI Family Clothing and Leather Product Co., Ltd." and "Guangzhou Lishenglai Leather Product Co., Ltd.", agented several international famous brands including Goldlion, Crocodile Garments, PLAYBOY and FORTEI; he invested more than RMB 50 million in his hometown to establish "Qingtian POETOP Industrial Park", which covers an area of more than 50 mu, producing and selling medium and high-grade leather shoes products. In 2005, he invested more than RMB 90 million to establish "Guangzhou Huadu Wealth Industrial Park", with a floor area of 50,000 square meters.
　　Mr. Zou Lisheng has advanced management ideas and the courage to bring forth new ideas. He is one of the public figures who were the first engaged in brand agency business and selected franchise chain management mode in China's leather shoes industry and have achieved success. His business philosophy "integrity first and common development" and his generosity to people are highly praised by the employees of the Company and the majority of customers. Under the leadership of Mr. Zou Lisheng, in so short a span of five years, POETOP Leather Clothing Co., Ltd. has been developed into large-sized group company in multiple industries (including clothing, leather products, leather shoes and packaging). By the end of 2007, POETOP Leather Clothing Co., Ltd. had 10 subsidiary companies and more than 1,000 employees. In 2003, POETOP Leather Clothing Co., Ltd. was ranked 44th in the tax ranking of private enterprises in China and won the honorary titles of "Top 50 Tax Payers of Private Enterprises in China" and "Major Tax Payers of Zhejiang Province". In 2004, Mr. Zou Lisheng was awarded the title of "an outstanding entrepreneur" by China Private Economy Research Association; at the same year, he was jointly awarded the honorary title of "an excellent builder for the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics in Zhejiang Province" by the United Front Work Department of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, the Economic and Trade Commission of Zhejiang Province and other departments.

Since 2000 to today, Mr. Zou Lisheng has donated a total of more than RMB 15，500,000 including a donation of more than RMB 1.8 million from 2000 to 2004 for the construction of rural roads and schools in his hometown Qingtian County and a donation of more than RMB 600,000 in 2003 for the construction of ""Li Sheng Hope Primary School" in Liuchuan Township, Jingyuan County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province；in 2004, he donated RMB 500,000 to build "Hope Primary School" in Laozhu Town, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province; at the same year, he initiated and took the lead to donate RMB 500,000 to establish "Qingtian Hydropower Station Student Fund for the Education of Migrants"; in 2005, he donated RMB 500,000 for the construction of the dining building in the Minority High School of Longquan City, Zhejiang Province; at the same year, he donated RMB 1 million for the construction of the teaching building of Qingtian County High School in Zhejiang Province. Over the years, Mr. Zou Lisheng donated a total of over RMB 500,000 to the "Fund for Justice and Courage" and other public welfare institutions. He was awarded the title of "an Honorable Citizen" by both Wuhan City and Baiyin City. Mr. Zou Lisheng was selected into the list of "Top 10 Goodwill Ambassadors for China's Public Welfare Undertakings" in 2006 and "Top 10 Pioneers for China's Public Welfare Undertakings" in 2007.
